TV2GO
wouldn't be the same without William Allen, otherwise known
as Bill. He has been the chief driver/operator with TV2GO since
May 1988. Bill's officially logged over one million kilometers driving
our uplink trucks all over North America.
This is a man of many talents.
With his background in electronics, he worked for IBM for six years
as a customer engineer before coming onboard with us. Bill has also
managed auto racing teams and owns a busy taxicab. He's a Class "A"
Licensed auto mechanic, which has been a lifesaver for us on the odd
occasion.
Bill really knows his satellite
"stuff" and maintains his cool in the crunch of fast-breaking
news coverage and in the face of the occasional addled producer. This
is why he has such a great reputation and why we are frequently chosen
for pool feeds by American and Canadian networks alike.
He's also very modest.
We won't let him read this.

Adrian Hepes, our
Technical Director, is fluent in four languages: English, French,
Hungarian and Romanian. He has some knowlege of German and Italian
as well.
Before joining us, Adrian
worked for six years at Toronto's Dome Productions as Technical Producer.
He covered live sports events such as the MLB, NBA, NHL series. He
also handled studio shows, satellite media tours and teleconferences.
He's a qualified satellite
engineer, camera operator, sound engineer, and editor. He helped build
our facilities, so he is well-qualified to run them.
Graduate of the Romanian
Polytechnic University in 1983, he worked as satellite uplink operator
and camera operator with News Network, the East European bureau of
British Sky News Broadcasting. He covered and transmitted the collapse
of communism in Eastern Europe, military conflicts in the former Soviet
Union, Yugoslavia, Croatia and Bosnia.
Adrian also set up and
launched the first Hungarian satellite TV station, Duna TV, which
is still active to this day.
We are extremely proud
to have Adrian as our Technical Director. We think you'll be very
impressed with his skill and his keen sense of dedication, going the
extra mile.
